Anthony Solana, Jr. is the founder, chairman and president for the people of color, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization tax-exempt non-profit organization whose mission is the diversity of the legal profession. He is the author of "A Guide for the application of the law school process for people of color" and "A Guide to the Bar examination for people of color."

Anthony is a sought-sought motivational speaker and is often used for the keynote speaker at numerous events, including law school admissions areWorkshops, bar examination workshops, support programs and early school ceremonies. He was previously a lawyer at the Litigation Department of Winston & Strawn LLP and practiced in areas of complex commercial litigation, internal investigations and commercial disputes in general.

It 'was also formerly a lawyer with Morrison & Foerster LLP. Anthony focus of his practice to pro bono immigration and international affairs, human rights. It 'was the recipient of the Father CuchulainMoriarity Award, the Committee of Lawyers' Civil Rights in San Francisco Bay Area, the only lawyer who has made an extraordinary contribution to their application for asylum, he admits.

Anthony also serves as Chairman of equal justice Society, board member of the community of Beverly Hospital, and member of the Bar of the State Council of California on access and fairness.
